Suppose you would like to take care of your forms while in our office, please feel free to do so. We ask that you arrive at least fifteen minutes before your visit to ensure you have plenty of time and allow us to keep your appointment and the appointments of others on the schedule.
Insurance Options
We gladly accept most dental insurance plans and will bill your insurance company for you as a courtesy. We are a ‘preferred provider’ for Cigna, MetLife, UnitedHealthcare, United Concordia, and Delta Dental. We have opted out of the Medicare/Medicaid network and apologize for any inconvenience.
At Cheney Dental, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. We work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If your dental insurance does not cover all of your dental treatments, we will work with you to identify a payment solution. If you have any questions, please ask our staff. To assist you in filing claims, please ensure proper information is provided to us before your appointment. It includes dental billing address and phone number, name and contact information for the primary insured person, correct identification numbers and birth dates, and any other dental insurance (secondary dental insurance).
While we can assist you in most matters, there are times when a personal call from you to your insurance company or plan administrator will expedite their payment. We will be there with you every step of the way.

If you do not have dental insurance, please consider applying to CareCredit. CareCredit lets you manage your bill in affordable monthly payments with an easy online application and interest-free financing.
